Good evening.
Here's where your attention went.
Closed, but not lost — reopen any, or search to recall them later. Held for 30 days; what they were for stays in that day's entry.
Tasks
What you meant to do — typed by you, read from your calendar, or noticed in your days.
Calendar
Yesterday
Nothing was captured for this day.
I don't have this day.
Journal
Every day you've kept.
Inbox
The screenshots you take and never look at again. Drop one in and it gets read, titled and filed — you don't have to name it or put it anywhere.
Media
Every picture you've dumped. Click one to read what it said. Pictures are kept for 30 days; what they said is kept for good.
Notes
What the app cannot work out for you: how something works, what you decided, why. Kept until you delete it, and searchable with everything else.
Settings
We handle the rest. Adjust these only if you want to.
Daily Trace can read and change events, across the calendars you have showing — not only your primary one. It writes only when you ask it to: booking a task into a free slot, or editing an event from the Calendar page. Only titles and times are stored. Disconnect any time and the grant is revoked with Google.
Turn off what you don't use. Nothing is deleted — switch a section back on and it is exactly where you left it. Home and Settings always stay.
Everything you have here, in a file that outlives this app. JSON is the complete record; Markdown is the readable one — your days and notes as prose. Neither includes your password or any connected account.
Deleting your account removes every entry, note, screenshot, task and setting, and hands back your calendar grant. It cannot be undone and we keep no copy — export first if you want one.
